Partner Amy Block will speak during the 19th Annual National Forum on Administrative Law and Practice, which will be hosted by Osgoode Professional Development on Tuesday, October 15 - Wednesday, October 16, 2024.

For 19 years, the Osgoode Professional Development Annual National Forum on Administrative Law and Practice has brought together leading practitioners, decision-makers, and academics for two days of discussion and debate. The 2024 Administrative Law & Practice Forum gives attendees the chance to connect with peers and leaders in the field, and deepen their understanding of current and developing issues in administrative law in Canada.

On the first day of the program, Amy will present "Annual Update: Critical Developments in Administrative Law 2024", where she will analyze significant jurisprudential developments of the past year, including Yatar and cases that have flowed from it.
