Co-Managing Partner Denise Baker will speak during the 2024 OPPI Adaptation Transformation Conference, which will be held from Wednesday, September 25 - Friday, September 27, 2024.

The conference will highlight relevant topics impacting the profession, including housing affordability and supply, changing demographics, representation of equity-deserving groups, advancements in technology, and more. Professionals and industry experts from across Ontario will gather, face to face, for two and a half days of insightful keynote speakers, thoughtful panel discussions, and meaningful breakout sessions. Programming for the conference will also be available online for those who wish to attend virtually.

Denise will take part in a fireside chat on the first day of the conference titled "Planning Legislation: Fireside Chat on 2024-2025 on the summary of changes and what does this mean for planners?", which will address the legislation that has radically changed how we practice planning in Ontario, what it means for professional planners, and what other changes may occur in the coming months and years.
