Partner Janet Bobechko will speak at the 2024 PFAS Symposium, hosted by the Ontario Environment Industry Association (ONEIA) on Wednesday, September 18.

The program will feature a session on PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl) risks, considerations and liabilities, in addition to sessions on PFAS regulation, data, best practices, remediation, and analytical approaches.

Janet will present a section titled "How the World Changed in 12 Months - An Update on Legal Liabilities, Business Enterprise Risk Including Reputation Risk of PFAS and the Influence of ESG", which will examine the ubiquitous nature of PFAS and how companies need to carefully consider their due diligence strategies to manage the business enterprise risk that has now risen high up on the corporate agenda.
