Glenn will present during "Construction Law Update: Navigating the Latest Developments and Trends" on the first day of the conference. This session will present an update on construction law, current trends and developments. It will include discussions on new rules about how projects are to be procured, on new forms of contracts for project delivery, and new ways for how project disputes are being resolved. Attendees will learn about the new Ontario Building Code coming into effect on January 1, 2025 and the ongoing improvements to the Construction Act, and will hear what these important changes will mean for how projects are carried out in the future.
