Co-Managing Partner Denise Baker will serve as a Faculty member for the Managing Partner Forum (MPF) 2024 Fall Symposium, which will be held on October 8-9, 2024 in Chicago. The theme this year is "Empowering Women in Law Firm Leadership".

The Symposium will include a format and topics designed especially by women for women in law firm leadership, bench-marking data on how midsize law firms are adapting to the changing marketplace for legal services, practical strategies, takeaways, and guidance uniquely geared to women in law firm leadership and the opportunity to network with and learn from your peers.

Denise will present "Thorny Leadership Challenge", a case study exercise, on the second day of the symposium. Step into the shoes of a fictional managing partner and tackle a complex challenge designed for law firm leaders just like you. Work collaboratively with your peers to design solutions to a realistic and difficult scenario that tests your leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
