Co-Managing Partner Denise Baker will serve as a Faculty member for the Managing Partner Forum (MPF) 2024 Fall Symposium, which will be held on Tuesday, October 8 Wednesday, October 9, 2024 in Chicago. The theme this year is "Empowering Women in Law Firm Leadership".

The Symposium will include a format and topics designed especially by women for women in law firm leadership, bench-marking data on how midsize law firms are adapting to the changing marketplace for legal services, practical strategies, takeaways, and guidance uniquely geared to women in law firm leadership and the opportunity to network with and learn from your peers.

During the event, alongside Elise Holtzman, JD, PCC, Denise will present on "Thorny Leadership Challenges", asking participants to step into the shoes of a fictional managing partner and tackle a complex challenge to design solutions to realistic and difficult scenarios intended to test attendees' leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
