Facts or Fiction? Dispelling the Myths about the Bundling of Construction Projects

Project bundling combining a number of smaller projects into one larger project under a single contract as a method of delivering projects has recently been getting a lot of attention across Canada. Through the work we have undertaken to prepare this report, we have found clear evidence of three fundamental problems with the rosy forecasts advanced by these advocates of project bundling.
