WeirFoulds is pleased to announce that James Kosa, Partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Technology and Intellectual Property Practice Group, has been listed in the 2021 Lexpert Special Edition: Technology. James was also recognized in the 2020 edition, which was the first year it was published.
James offers his clients a wealth of knowledge and experience from across the spectrum of technology issues, including the protection and exploitation of computer and software technology, IT and IP licensing, privacy, security breaches and dispute resolution. He acts as technology counsel to both technology companies in a wide variety of high technology fields, as well as consumers of technologies.
James is the past President of the Canadian Technology Law Association (CAN-TECH Law) and past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Section.
