James offers his clients a wealth of knowledge and experience from across the spectrum of technology issues, including the protection and exploitation of computer and software technology, IT and IP licensing, privacy, security breaches and dispute resolution. He acts as technology counsel to both technology companies in a wide variety of high technology fields, as well as consumers of technologies.
James is the past President of the Canadian Technology Law Association (CAN-TECH Law) and past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Section.
