Alfred Pepushaj is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP.
Alfred obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Ottawa, and his Honours Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Toronto, graduating with high distinction.
During law school, he was an Associate Editor of the Ottawa Law Review and News Editor of Inter Alia, the law school’s student-run newspaper. Alfred was also the co-president of the law school’s First Generation Network chapter, which aims to provide resources to students who are the first in their family to attend post-secondary school. Alfred also worked for the University of Ottawa’s Legal Writing Academy and volunteered as a caseworker at the University of Ottawa’s Ticket Defence Program where he provided legal support and representation to homeless and street-involved individuals.
Before joining WeirFoulds LLP as an Associate, Alfred gained extensive experience in a wide range of practice areas as a summer student and articling student with the firm.
Alfred is the Co-Editor of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group’s Commercial Litigation Insights blog.
Outside of the law, Alfred enjoys listening to podcasts and cheering on the Toronto Raptors.
