Anna Makarowycz

Anna is skilled at conducting due diligence reviews and summaries of corporate records. Her responsibilities include assisting with setting up corporations and other business entities under the laws of Ontario and Canada, amalgamations, continuances, asset and share purchase transactions, reorganizations, rectification of records, fundamental changes, dissolution, extra-provincial registrations, and ongoing corporate maintenance of large groups of companies.

Anna is also involved in matters pertaining to Ontario and federal not-for-profit corporations.
