Arman Poushin is an associate in the Commercial Leasing Practice Group at WeirFoulds.

Arman’s practice encompasses a wide range of commercial leasing matters, acting for both landlords and tenants with respect to their retail, industrial and office portfolios. Arman’s experience includes the drafting and negotiating of commercial leases, offers, subleases, amendments, assignments, and other ancillary agreements. He also participates in lease due diligence projects, advising clients on their rights and identifying potential concerns. Arman is client focused and aims to provide timely and effective service from start to finish, while establishing a reputation for finding practical leasing solutions.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Arman worked at a large real-estate developer, where he began developing his commercial real estate and leasing foundation. He leverages the skills gained early in his career to identify the needs and protect the interests of his clients. Arman stays current with new developments in the real estate industry, with a particular focus on the Greater Toronto Area. He continues to give back to the legal community by volunteering his time as a mentor to students in the Toronto area.
