Ashley Landesman is an Associate in the Construction Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP.

Ashley’s practice is focused on construction law and commercial litigation matters. She represents various parties to construction disputes, including contractors, subcontractors, material and equipment suppliers, owners, and developers. Ashley is experienced in supporting clients through every stage of litigation, including preserving and perfecting liens, engaging in settlement negotiations, advising on surety bond claims, conducting discoveries, preparing for mediations, adjudications, and arbitrations, and appearing in court on motions and trials.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Ashley was a Construction lawyer at an Ontario-based law firm with a strong focus on real estate and business-related legal matters. In this role, she represented various clients in the construction industry, including owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and mortgagees; appeared in Court for various construction and commercial proceedings; drafted pleadings, factums and submissions for mediations, arbitrations, adjudications and trials; and negotiated settlements with opposing counsel.
