Bobbie-Jo Brinkman is a Law Clerk in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP and has worked in the legal profession for over 20 years. She brings a diverse skill set and a wealth of knowledge.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds LLP, Bobbie-Jo was a Law Clerk supporting the Commercial Litigation and Insolvency teams at a boutique, Toronto-based law firm focused on litigation and restructuring. In this role, she prepared an arraignment of litigation documents, including pleadings, appeal materials and more, attended examinations for discovery or cross-examinations with counsel, managed and tracked multi-billion-dollar litigation, prepared, managed and tracked large amounts freedom of information requests, prepared affidavits of documents using e-discovery software, and prepared documentation relating to all aspects of enforcement, in addition to other responsibilities.
