Denna Jalili

Denna has experience advancing and defending actions encompassing a wide array of matters, including contract disputes, priority contests under federal insolvency regimes, consumer protection and product liability issues, securities fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and claims made under the Wishart Act. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Denna was a class actions and commercial litigation associate at a boutique firm in Toronto where he appeared before courts and tribunals of all levels including the Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Denna received his J.D. and M.B.A degrees from the University of Toronto, where he was a recipient of the Rotman Scholar Award. He previously obtained his B.A. from the University of Toronto, graduating with high distinction in 2017.
