Kiley Kim

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Kiley was a Litigation Law Clerk at a Toronto-based boutique law firm that specialize in civil and commercial litigation as well as regulatory matters. In this role, she was responsible for drafting and revising a variety of legal documents, such as trial briefs, motion records, affidavits of documents, mediation briefs and more. She also reviewed discovery transcripts, summarized key testimonies, and oversaw undertakings and refusals. Additionally, she coordinated with opposing counsel and external organizations to receive, review and organize various types of documents, while playing a key role in development of legal precedents by providing valuable recommendations.
