Victoria Bazak is an Associate in the Private Equity Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Victoria was an Articling Student and earlier a Summer Student with a Toronto-based commercial law firm, where she worked on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactional matters for both private and public companies.

Victoria earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. During her time at Osgoode, Victoria worked as a caseworker for Parkdale Community Legal Services’ Social Assistance, Violence and Health division, where she successfully advocated for clients before various administrative tribunals.
