Victoria Bazak is an Associate in the Corporate and Private Equity Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Victoria was an Articling Student and earlier a Summer Student with a Toronto-based commercial law firm, where she worked on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactional matters for both private and public companies.

Victoria maintains a broad corporate practice including general corporate structural and governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, secured financing transactions, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements and other corporate commercial matters.
