We provide comprehensive legal services to a wide range of clients including owner operators, entrepreneurs, established Canadian and international public companies, start-ups, growth companies, Canadian affiliates of US-based or multinational companies, financial institutions, family offices, private equity sponsors and other capital market participants.  We work closely with our clients which have in-house counsel or legal departments and act as external general counsel to our clients which do not have the scale or requirements to support a full-time in-house legal resource.
