The committee’s recent activities include: annual International Women’s’ Day celebrations and Celebrating the Women of WeirFoulds Awards; internal mentoring dinners and community-based partnerships; social media initiatives such as #WomanCrushWednesday to highlight women talent at the firm; and various client facing events that combine education, networking, and opportunities to meet local women business leaders.

The WeirFoulds Women committee is co-chaired by Lisa Danay Wallace and Marie-Pier Nadeau, and allows any students, lawyers and partners who identify as women to participate and lead various initiatives.
