WeirFoulds LLP’s Commercial Leasing Group is pleased to launch part one of the second season of WeirTalking Leasing – a legal podcast series highlighting the top commercial leasing trends in Ontario and Canada. The first few episodes of season two explore trending topics including changes to the Construction Act that impact leases, distribution centre leases and co-tenancies.
The discussions are geared toward all facets of the commercial leasing landscape, providing insights, tips and reminders to both new and seasoned landlords, tenants, property managers and others, on some of the most important – and evolving – areas of commercial leasing law.
For first time listeners of the series, season one, released in September 2019, explored cannabis and leasing law, unattractive properties, terminating leases and more.
