Congratulations to F. Philip Carpenter on being elevated to the role of Vice Chair of The Advocates’ Society Construction Law Practice Group following his term as Secretary in 2019-2020.
As Vice Chair, Philip will play a key role in developing timely, cost-effective programming, hosting collegial events with members of the bar, honouring the work of his peers, and encouraging and facilitating participation from practice group members. Philip has extensive experience working on complex construction litigation files for all levels of the industry. He has represented contractors, subcontractors, owners, sureties, and design professionals in a variety of construction disputes.
