WeirFoulds recently completed its annual two-week fundraising campaign in support of the United Way Greater Toronto. The United Way committee organized and executed a variety of fundraising activities over the two week period that assisted in raising funds for the important work carried out by the United Way.
The firm is proud to be a supporter of the United Way because of the targeted work the organization does across Canada. United Way puts donations to work where they get the greatest results in an effort to create lasting change in local communities from coast to coast. Its initiatives aide in the building of stronger and healthier communities.
During the campaign this year, WeirFoulds lawyers and staff took part in a series of fundraising activities including bingo, a Scrabble tournament, a mini golf tournament, a raffle and bake sale. The firm also hosted a large prize draw and auction as well as a talent show hosted by Partner Ryan Morris.
WeirFoulds is proud to continue to support the United Way. We look forward to the 2019 campaign and congratulate the United Way on the excellent work it has done to help those in need across Canada.
