Golden Spike, issued 8,000,000 flow-through units, with each unit consisting of one common share of Golden Spike and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. The private placement raised aggregate gross proceeds of $1.87 million. Kernaghan & Partners Ltd. acted as the lead agent and sole bookrunner for the offering.
