Kelsey L. Ivory is an associate in the Regulated Professions and Industries Practice Group at WeirFoulds with a litigation practice focused on regulatory, administrative, and public law. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Kelsey practiced at a boutique professional regulation law firm in Toronto with an emphasis on the healthcare sector.
Vipal Jain – Technology and Privacy
Vipal Jain rejoins the firm as an associate with a practice focused on technology and privacy matters. She helps organizations on matters relating to data governance, cybersecurity and technology transactions. Vipal previously served as a Legal Counsel to the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario.
