Narmada Gunawardana – Municipal, Planning and Land Development
Narmada Gunawardana is an Associate in the Municipal, Planning & Land Development Practice Group.
Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Narmada worked as an Associate at a Toronto-based law firm focused on land development advocacy and associated litigation. In this role, Narmada worked on a wide variety of files representing clients such as developers, homeowners and non-profit organizations both in support of and opposition to development applications.
Hayden Trbizan – Construction
Hayden Trbizan is an Associate in the Construction Practice Group, with a broad corporate/commercial litigation practice that emphasizes real property and construction disputes.
With a collaborative and assiduous approach to dispute resolution, Hayden adeptly caters to a wide range of clients and their specific needs. He has successfully represented international corporations, small businesses, and individuals in an array of matters, including breach of contract claims, lien actions, commercial leasing, contested transactions, shareholder remedies, and professional negligence. He has experience in each stage of litigation and has appeared before multiple levels of court in Ontario.
