Victoria Bazak – Private Equity
Victoria Bazak is an Associate in the Private Equity Practice Group.
Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Victoria was an Articling Student and earlier a Summer Student with a Toronto-based commercial law firm, where she worked on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactional matters for both private and public companies. Victoria earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Carissa DeMarinis – Wills, Trusts and Estates
Carissa DeMarinis is an Associate in the Wills, Trusts & Estates Practice Group.
Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Carissa summered at the Toronto office of a global law firm and articled with the Office of the Children’s Lawyer, an independent law office in Ontario’s Ministry of the Attorney General. In her articling role, she worked on behalf of children in wills & estates, civil litigation, child protection and family law matters, and provided rights advice to children in secure treatment facilities. Carissa earned her J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
