Zohaib Ahmed
Zohaib Ahmed is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group at WeirFoulds with a diverse practice covering business litigation, shareholder remedies, professional liability, employment disputes, real estate litigation, construction, and defamation. Zohaib has extensive in-court and tribunal experience and has appeared at or before the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Federal Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Zohaib enjoys taking on cases with tough and niche legal issues.
Denna Jalili
Denna Jalili is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group at WeirFoulds. Denna has experience advancing and defending actions encompassing a wide array of matters, including contract disputes, priority contests under federal insolvency regimes, consumer protection and product liability issues, securities fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and claims made under the Wishart Act. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Denna was a class actions and commercial litigation associate at a boutique firm in Toronto where he appeared before courts and tribunals of all levels including the Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal for Ontario.
