Micah Goldstein – Municipal Law
Micah is a senior associate in the firm’s Municipal, Development and Land Use Planning Practice Group. His practice is focused on expropriation and planning law. Micah has acted for municipal authorities and expropriated landowners throughout Ontario. He has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court, several Administrative Boards and Tribunals, and private arbitrators.
Michael C. Ly – Construction Law
Michael is an associate in the firm’s Construction Practice Group. His practice encompasses all areas of construction law. Michael represents a variety of clients, including developers, suppliers, consultants, and public institutions. He has experience drafting and negotiating contracts, and preparing pleadings on issues such as liens, breach of contract, and professional negligence.
