Max Gennis – Construction
Max brings significant experience in representing a wide range of clients in complex lien, contract, trust and delay claims, in addition to providing legal advice in all aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects throughout Canada. Max previously practised as Senior Legal Counsel for a national infrastructure company, where he was responsible for overseeing all legal matters related to responding to competitive procurements and the closing of successful bids, in addition to advising active projects on all relevant legal issues from commencement to completion.
Andrea McEwan – Wills, Trusts & Estates
Andrea exclusively practises in the areas of wills, estates, trusts, fiduciary and capacity-related litigation, and brings 15 years of experience in litigation to the firm in addition to a deep knowledge of matters pertaining to passing of estate, probate applications, guardianship issues, and attorney, guardian & fiduciary accounts. She is experienced in representing a variety of clients ranging from beneficiaries, trustees, executors, attorneys pursuant to powers of attorney, and more. Andrea has been repeatedly recognized as a leading lawyer in wills, trusts and estates law by Best Lawyers in Canada and the Canadian Lexpert Legal Dictionary.
