Kathleen Gregus is an Associate in the Construction Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP.

Before being called to the bar, Kathleen articled and summered with the firm. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Kathleen gained hands-on industry experience working for her family’s architectural millwork company located in Southwestern Ontario. Her deep roots in Ontario’s construction industry strongly influence her passion for engaging with and approaching complex legal issues in a way that recognizes the practical realities of her clients.

Kathleen has experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of construction contracts, and providing strategic advice on procurement processes. Kathleen has assisted construction clients, including public and private owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants at various stages of contractual disputes.

Kathleen earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School.
