William Chang – Corporate & Commercial
Will’s practice focuses on advising both start-up and established mid-market private companies with complex corporate-commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financing transactions and corporate structuring and reorganizations. Will routinely assists clients with preparing and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, service agreements, procurement agreements and other assorted corporate-commercial contracts.
Seth Holland – Employment & Labour
Seth practises in all areas of labour, employment, and human rights law. He provides advice and representation on a broad range of issues that employers face, including: employment agreements, employment standards, wrongful dismissal litigation, executive compensation, discipline and termination, human rights and accommodation, labour board proceedings, grievance arbitration, privacy, and workplace safety and insurance.
Vipal Jain – Privacy & Access to Information; Technology & Intellectual Property
Vipal’s practice focuses on privacy and technology matters. She advises organizations across multiple sectors on matters relating to privacy law compliance, cybersecurity, technology transactions, and artificial intelligence. Vipal brings experience from her prior role as a Legal Counsel to the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario. Vipal is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Certified Information Privacy Professional – Canada (CIPP/C).
