On May 8, 2020, Canadian Orebodies Inc. (“CORE”, or the “Company”) (TSXV: CORE) completed the acquisition of the West Hemlo and North Hemlo properties (collectively, the “Properties”) from O3 Mining Inc. (“O3”) located in the Hemlo mining district of Ontario. The Properties consist of 414 claims totaling 6,833 hectares, bringing the Company’s total claim holdings in the Hemlo mining district to nearly 38,000 hectares.
CORE was represented by WeirFoulds LLP, with a team consisting of Rob Eberschlag and Alvin Yau.
CORE is a junior natural resource exploration and development company with mineral properties located in Canada. It is the largest claim holder in the Hemlo mining district.
