On September 29, 2021, Mink Ventures Corporation (“Mink Ventures”) (TSXV: MINK), a Capital Pool Company, announced that it completed an initial public offering of 5,567,500 common shares at a price of $0.10 per common share for gross proceeds of $556,750.
Mink Ventures was represented by WeirFoulds, with a team consisting of Rob Eberschlag (partner, Securities), Dara Azari (associate, securities), Katie Liu (securities law clerk) and Baldon Mitchell (articling student)
The net proceeds of the Offering, together with proceeds from prior sales of Common Shares will be used by Mink Ventures to identify and evaluate assets or businesses for acquisition with a view to completing a “Qualifying Transaction” under the capital pool company program of the TSX Venture Exchange.
