WeirFoulds is pleased to welcome back Susan Rosales as a Senior Land Use Planner. Susan has more than 25 years of professional planning, management and consulting experience. She has worked with both public and large private sector clients on a range of planning and development matters, with a strong background in assessing real estate for acquisition and development for residential, retail and commercial opportunities.
In the last ten years, Susan has successfully led national commercial and retail planning initiatives, working as an integral player on the real estate development team at two of Canada’s most influential retail brands. More recently, Susan held the role of Planning Facilitator at the City of Brampton and as the National Strategy and Business Development Leader at WSP Canada, where she led the implementation of a quality improvement plan and peer review program.
Susan has been the in-house planning expert to municipal and environmental law practice groups and their private and public sector clients, and has provided expertise and strategic support for expropriations as well as OMB Hearings.
She graduated from the Urban and Regional Planning program at Ryerson University and continues to build upon her skills through various professional associations and training programs.
