Abby Benattar – Technology & Intellectual Property Law
Abby is an associate in the Technology & Intellectual Property and Privacy Groups with a primary focus on technology contracting, data protection and privacy compliance. Abby completed both her summer and articling terms at the firm where she drafted and advised on technology contracts, including service agreements, licensing agreements, outsourcing agreements, and software development and procurement.
William Chang – Private Equity Law
William is an associate in the Corporate and Private Equity Practice Groups. Prior to joining the firm, William practiced at a full-service law firm where he developed a broad solicitor’s practice with a focus on corporate-commercial transactional files.
Yusha S. Pirzada – Commercial Litigation and Construction Law
Yusha is an associate in the Commercial Litigation and Construction Law Practice Groups. Prior to joining the firm, Yusha practiced at a prominent regional law firm in Atlantic Canada where he maintained a general litigation practice with a particular emphasis on construction, infrastructure, energy and natural resources matters.
Arman Poushin – Commercial Leasing
Arman is an associate in the Commercial Leasing Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, Arman was Legal Counsel at an international real-estate company where he developed a valuable commercial real estate and leasing foundation and collaborated on numerous commercial law tasks.
Dhananjay Tomar – Securities Law
Dhananjay or Jay is an associate in the Securities Group at WeirFoulds with a practice focusing on corporate and securities law. He advises private and public companies on transactional and regulatory matters. Prior to joining the firm, Jay practiced at a full-service law firm in British Columbia.
