She regularly advises both private and public companies and leverages her experience to provide practical advice in mergers and acquisitions, secured financing transactions, venture capital investments and other corporate commercial matters. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Megan was a Partner at a Toronto-based commercial law firm.
