Janet joins WeirFoulds as a Certified Specialist in Environmental Law and a nationally recognized senior practitioner with extensive experience in all aspects of environmental law, including, contaminated lands, regulatory compliance, due diligence, corporate M&A, real estate transactions and development, financings, spills and emergency response as well as environmental social governance (ESG) matters.

She chairs the Climate Change Committee at the Ontario Environment Industry Association, is on the external advisory committee of the Ryerson University Institute for the Study of Corporate Social Responsibility and is on the Province of Ontario’s Excess Soil Engagement Group.
