Viktoria Grafstrom – Construction Law
Viktoria is an associate in the Construction Law Practice Group at WeirFoulds. Her practice encompasses all areas of construction law. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Viktoria served as counsel for the consortium established to deliver Toronto’s Eglinton Crosstown light rail transit system, a multibillion-dollar P3 project.
Andrian Lozinski – Corporate Law
Andrian is a senior corporate law associate at WeirFoulds. His practice is focused on corporate and commercial law and private equity, with a special interest in mergers, acquisitions and general corporate matters, including various corporate governance issues.Andrian has acted as counsel for several multinational corporations, offering a full spectrum of legal services and also holds direct experience in franchise law.
John Siferd – Wills, Trusts and Estates
John is an associate in the Estates, Trusts and Charities Practice Group at WeirFoulds. His practice is focused on estates, trusts and capacity litigation. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, John summered and articled at the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee, a branch of the Ministry of the Attorney General.
